These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services, digital resources, and physical items offered by Lurithal on lurithalx.com ("Site"). Effective date: January 1, 2025.

By accessing or using any offering, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services

2.1. Service Scope: Custom software solutions, consulting, and project management related to business software development.

2.2. Scheduling and Performance: Delivery timelines are estimates unless agreed otherwise. You may request a change in schedule through Contact Form.

3. Info Products

3.1. Digital Resources: E-books, templates, and online courses provided in downloadable format.

3.2. Access Rights: Granted upon full payment. Content is for individual use and may not be redistributed.

4. Goods

4.1. Physical Items: Hardware components, printed materials, and branded merchandise.

4.2. Delivery: Shipment processed within standard handling times. Risk transfers on delivery.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. Fees are due as specified in invoices or product pages. Payment methods accepted at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. General: We aim to deliver quality. If you are not satisfied, please review the rules below.

6.2. Services: You may reschedule a service at no extra charge by notifying us at least 7 days before the start date via Contact Form. If you cancel less than 7 days before, a partial refund up to 50% of the paid amount will be issued to the original payment source within 14 days. No refunds for services completed.

6.3. Info Products: All sales of digital resources are final once access is granted. Requests for exceptions due to technical errors or accidental purchase will be reviewed case by case. Approved exceptions will be processed within 7 days.

6.4. Goods: You may return unused physical items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds to the original payment source will be issued within 14 days of receiving the items.

6.5. No-Refund Clauses: Certain consulting retainers and custom development engagements may be marked as non-refundable due to preparatory work. Such terms will be clearly stated in the service agreement.
